The Artur Malawski State Music School Complex in Przemyśl – host and co-organiser of the International Accordion Music Festival – undertakes to ensure the accessibility of the Festival website in accordance with the Polish Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.

1. Regulamin dostępny do pobrania w formacie PDF nie ma pełnej struktury znaczników dostępności. Pełna treść regulaminu jest jednak dostępna na stronie jako zwykły tekst i to ona jest podstawową formą publikacji.
2. The rules available for download as a PDF do not carry a full accessibility tag structure. The complete text of the rules is, however, available on the website as ordinary text, and that is the primary form of publication.
3. Materiały wideo osadzone w dziale Multimedia pochodzą z serwisów zewnętrznych i nie mają napisów ani audiodeskrypcji.
4. Video materials embedded in the Media section come from external services and have no captions or audio description.
5. Mapa dojazdu na stronie Kontakt jest osadzona z serwisu zewnętrznego i nie jest dostępna dla czytników ekranu; pełny adres podany jest obok mapy jako tekst.
6. The location map on the Contact page is embedded from an external service and is not accessible to screen readers; the full address is given next to the map as text.

Procedura wnioskowo-skargowaComplaints procedure

1. Każdy ma prawo wystąpić z żądaniem zapewnienia dostępności cyfrowej wskazanej strony lub jej elementu. Żądanie powinno zawierać dane osoby występującej, wskazanie, o którą stronę lub element chodzi, oraz sposób kontaktu. Jeżeli osoba żądająca zgłasza potrzebę otrzymania informacji w formie alternatywnej, powinna określić dogodny dla siebie sposób jej przedstawienia.
2. Everyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of an indicated page or element. The request should state the details of the person making it, indicate which page or element is concerned, and give a means of contact. If the person requests information in an alternative form, they should specify the form convenient for them.
3. Żądanie realizuje się bez zbędnej zwłoki, nie później niż w ciągu 7 dni od dnia jego zgłoszenia.
4. The request is met without undue delay and no later than within 7 days of being submitted.
5. Jeżeli dotrzymanie tego terminu nie jest możliwe, podmiot niezwłocznie informuje o tym osobę występującą i wskazuje nowy termin, nie dłuższy niż dwa miesiące od dnia zgłoszenia.
6. If that deadline cannot be met, the entity promptly informs the person concerned and indicates a new deadline, no longer than two months from the date of the request.
7. Jeżeli zapewnienie dostępności cyfrowej nie jest możliwe, podmiot proponuje alternatywny sposób dostępu do informacji.
8. Where ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the entity proposes an alternative means of access to the information.
9. W przypadku odmowy osoba występująca może złożyć skargę z zastosowaniem przepisów ustawy z dnia 14 czerwca 1960 r. Kodeks postępowania administracyjnego, a także powiadomić Rzecznika Praw Obywatelskich.
10. In the event of refusal, the person concerned may lodge a complaint under the Act of 14 June 1960 – Code of Administrative Procedure, and may also notify the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Festiwal odbywa się w siedzibie Zespołu Państwowych Szkół Muzycznych im. Artura Malawskiego w Przemyślu, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 91.

The Festival takes place at the Artur Malawski State Music School Complex in Przemyśl, 91 Juliusza Słowackiego Street.

1. Wejście główne znajduje się od ul. Słowackiego 91; przy budynku wyznaczono miejsce parkingowe dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami.
2. The main entrance is from Słowackiego 91; a designated parking space for people with disabilities is provided by the building.
3. Kompleks tworzą trzy połączone, jednopiętrowe budynki A, B i C. Na każdym piętrze zamontowano schodołazy dla osób poruszających się na wózkach; ze względu na zabytkowy charakter obiektu nie ma wind.
4. The complex consists of three connected single-storey buildings A, B and C. Stair climbers for wheelchair users are installed on each floor; owing to the historic character of the building there are no lifts.
5. Toaleta dostosowana do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami znajduje się w budynku A.
6. A toilet adapted for people with disabilities is located in building A.
7. Do budynku można wejść z psem asystującym oraz psem przewodnikiem – w uprzęży i z odpowiednim certyfikatem.
8. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome in the building – in a harness and with the appropriate certificate.
9. W budynku nie ma pętli indukcyjnych, oznaczeń w alfabecie Braille’a ani oznaczeń kontrastowych; nie jest też dostępny tłumacz języka migowego.
10. The building has no induction loops, Braille markings or contrast markings, and no sign-language interpreter is available.
