The personal data connected with the Competition and the Festival are processed jointly by:
- Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej,

- Zespół Państwowych Szkół Muzycznych im. Artura Malawskiego w Przemyślu,
- the Artur Malawski State Music School Complex in Przemyśl,
- Fundacja Akordeon 360.
- the Akordeon 360 Foundation.

Zakres i cele przetwarzaniaScope and purposes of processing
Przetwarzamy dane podane w zgłoszeniach, korespondencji oraz materiałach biograficznych, w szczególności dane uczestników, pedagogów, jurorów i zaproszonych artystów.
We process data provided in entries, correspondence and biographical materials, in particular the data of participants, teachers, jurors and invited artists.
Dane wykorzystujemy w celu:
We use the data for the purpose of:
- organizacji i przeprowadzenia Konkursu oraz Festiwalu;
- organising and running the Competition and the Festival;
- kontaktu z uczestnikami i osobami zgłaszającymi;
- contacting participants and the people who submit entries;
- pracy jury i ogłoszenia wyników;
- the work of the jury and the announcement of results;
- publikacji wyników, biogramów i zdjęć – jeżeli została udzielona odpowiednia zgoda;
- publishing results, biographies and photographs – where the appropriate consent has been given;
- rozliczenia opłat, nagród i wykonania obowiązków prawnych.

Podanie danych wymaganych w zgłoszeniu jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do udziału w Konkursie. Zgodę na publikację zdjęć lub materiałów biograficznych można w każdej chwili cofnąć.
Providing the data required in the entry form is voluntary but necessary to take part in the Competition. Consent to the publication of photographs or biographical materials may be withdrawn at any time.
Nie podejmujemy wobec uczestników decyzji automatycznych ani nie prowadzimy profilowania.
We do not take automated decisions concerning participants and we do not carry out profiling.

- jury Konkursu – w zakresie niezbędnym do oceny uczestników;
- the Competition jury – to the extent necessary to assess participants;
- dostawca hostingu i podmioty zapewniające obsługę informatyczną serwisu;
- the hosting provider and the entities providing IT support for the website;
- Google Ireland Limited – dostawca usług Google Forms, Google Sheets i Google Drive wykorzystywanych do przyjmowania oraz przechowywania zgłoszeń i materiałów biograficznych;
- Google Ireland Limited – the provider of the Google Forms, Google Sheets and Google Drive services used to receive and store entries and biographical materials;
- podmioty uprawnione do otrzymania danych na podstawie przepisów prawa.

Dane nie są sprzedawane ani udostępniane innym podmiotom do ich własnych celów marketingowych.

Okres przechowywaniaRetention period
Dane zgłoszeniowe przechowujemy przez czas organizacji i rozliczenia danej edycji, a następnie przez okres wymagany przepisami prawa.
Entry data are kept for the time needed to organise and settle the given edition, and thereafter for the period required by law.
Wyniki Konkursu mogą pozostać w jego archiwum jako dokumentacja historii wydarzenia. Biogramy i zdjęcia publikowane na podstawie zgody przechowujemy do czasu jej cofnięcia, chyba że dalsze przechowywanie jest wymagane przez prawo.
Competition results may remain in its archive as documentation of the event’s history. Biographies and photographs published on the basis of consent are kept until that consent is withdrawn, unless further retention is required by law.

Na zasadach określonych w RODO można żądać dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także wnieść sprzeciw, otrzymać dane w przenośnym formacie lub cofnąć zgodę.
Under the terms of the GDPR you may request access to your data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and you may also object, receive the data in a portable format or withdraw consent.
Przysługuje również prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych. Podawanie jego adresu pocztowego nie jest konieczne, co potwierdza UODO.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Giving its postal address is not necessary, as confirmed by the Office.
