1. Konkurs w ramach 28. Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Muzyki Akordeonowej w Przemyślu odbędzie się w dniach 2–5 grudnia 2026 r.
2. The Competition, held as part of the 28th International Accordion Music Festival in Przemyśl, will take place on 2–5 December 2026.
3. Organizatorem Konkursu jest Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej, zaś współorganizatorami – Zespół Państwowych Szkół Muzycznych im. Artura Malawskiego w Przemyślu oraz Fundacja Akordeon 360.
4. The Competition is organised by the Centre for Arts Education, with the Artur Malawski State Music School Complex in Przemyśl and the Akordeon 360 Foundation as co-organisers.

1. W Konkursie uczestniczyć mogą soliści i zespoły w następujących kategoriach wiekowych:

2. O kwalifikacji do Konkursu decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń.
3. Admission to the Competition is determined by the order in which entries are received.
4. Program w kategoriach I–V należy wykonać z pamięci, natomiast w kategoriach A i B dopuszcza się wykonanie programu z nut.
5. In categories I–V the programme must be performed from memory; in categories A and B performance from the score is permitted.
6. Zespół w kategoriach muzyki kameralnej może liczyć maksymalnie 5 osób. W jego skład mogą wchodzić dowolne instrumenty, przy czym akordeon musi być instrumentem wiodącym lub równorzędnym. Nie dopuszcza się udziału nauczyciela prowadzącego w składzie zespołu.
7. An ensemble in the chamber-music categories may consist of no more than 5 people. It may include any instruments, provided that the accordion is the leading instrument or an equal partner. The participation of the supervising teacher within the ensemble is not permitted.
8. O kwalifikacji zespołu kameralnego do danej kategorii decyduje wiek najstarszego członka zespołu.
9. The category of a chamber ensemble is determined by the age of its oldest member.

Zgłoszenia i opłatyEntries and fees

1. Zgłoszenia do udziału w Konkursie należy nadsyłać wyłącznie w formie elektronicznej, w nieprzekraczalnym terminie do 31 października 2026 r., za pomocą formularza zgłoszeniowego dostępnego w dziale Zgłoszenia. Formularz będzie dostępny od 10 września 2026 r.
2. Entries to the Competition must be submitted electronically only, by the final deadline of 31 October 2026, using the entry form available in the Apply section. The form will be available from 10 September 2026.
3. Udział w Konkursie w kategoriach I, II, III, IV oraz A jest nieodpłatny.
4. Participation in categories I, II, III, IV and A is free of charge.
5. Udział w kategorii V i B jest odpłatny.
6. Participation in categories V and B is subject to a fee.

7. W przypadku dużej liczby zgłoszeń organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo zmiany terminu przyjmowania zgłoszeń i wcześniejszego zamknięcia list poszczególnych kategorii.
8. In the event of a large number of entries, the organisers reserve the right to change the entry deadline and to close the lists for individual categories early.
9. Przyjęcie zgłoszenia jest równoznaczne z zawarciem umowy dotyczącej udziału w Konkursie, na warunkach określonych niniejszym Regulaminem.
10. Acceptance of an entry constitutes the conclusion of an agreement concerning participation in the Competition, on the terms set out in these Rules.

Nagrody i uprawnieniaPrizes and entitlements

1. Laureatom poszczególnych kategorii przyznane zostaną nagrody finansowe.
2. Prize-winners in each category will receive cash prizes.
3. Zgodnie z art. 21 ust. 1 pkt 115 ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych, wygrane i nagrody otrzymane przez uczniów za udział w konkursach, turniejach i olimpiadach organizowanych na podstawie przepisów o systemie oświaty są zwolnione z podatku dochodowego.
4. Pursuant to Article 21(1)(115) of the Personal Income Tax Act, winnings and prizes received by pupils for taking part in competitions, tournaments and olympiads organised under the provisions on the education system are exempt from income tax.
5. Nagrody i wyróżnienia będą wręczane ich zdobywcom podczas koncertu laureatów.
6. Prizes and distinctions will be presented to their recipients during the prize-winners’ concert.
7. Zdobywcom miejsc I, II lub III regulaminowych nagród przysługuje tytuł Laureata, natomiast wszystkim wyróżnionym – tytuł Finalisty Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Muzyki Akordeonowej w Przemyślu. W kategorii V tytuł Finalisty przysługuje wszystkim uczestnikom zakwalifikowanym do II etapu.
8. Winners of first, second or third prize under these Rules are entitled to the title of Prize-winner (Laureat), while all those receiving a distinction are entitled to the title of Finalist of the International Accordion Music Festival in Przemyśl. In category V, the title of Finalist is granted to all participants qualified for Stage II.
9. Warunkiem otrzymania nagrody pieniężnej jest osobisty udział laureata w Koncercie Laureatów. W przypadku nieobecności laureata na Koncercie Laureatów nagroda pieniężna nie zostanie wypłacona.
10. A cash prize is conditional upon the prize-winner taking part in person in the Prize-winners’ Concert. If a prize-winner is absent from the Prize-winners’ Concert, the cash prize will not be paid.
11. Uczestnicy zobowiązani są do nieodpłatnego udziału w koncertach organizowanych na rzecz organizatorów.
12. Participants undertake to take part, without remuneration, in concerts organised for the organisers.
13. Laureat Konkursu (tj. uczestnik, który otrzymał nagrodę główną, pierwszą, drugą lub trzecią nagrodę albo pierwsze, drugie lub trzecie miejsce) przeprowadzonego zgodnie z przepisami wydanymi na podstawie art. 22 ust. 6 ustawy o systemie oświaty, którego organizatorem jest Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej, uzyskuje następujące uprawnienia:A Prize-winner of the Competition (i.e. a participant who received the grand prize, first, second or third prize, or first, second or third place) conducted in accordance with the regulations issued under Article 22(6) of the Act on the education system, organised by the Centre for Arts Education, is granted the following entitlements:
    1. na podstawie art. 44zh ustawy z dnia 7 września 1991 r. o systemie oświaty otrzymuje z danych zajęć edukacyjnych artystycznych najwyższą pozytywną roczną ocenę klasyfikacyjną, a w przypadku, gdy ocena z tych zajęć ustalana jest w trybie egzaminu promocyjnego lub końcowego, zostaje jednocześnie zwolniony z tego egzaminu;
    2. pursuant to Article 44zh of the Act of 7 September 1991 on the education system, receives the highest positive annual classification grade in the given artistic educational classes and, where the grade in those classes is determined by means of a promotional or final examination, is at the same time exempted from that examination;
    3. na podstawie art. 132 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2016 r. – Prawo oświatowe otrzymuje pierwszeństwo w rekrutacji do publicznej szkoły ponadpodstawowej.
    4. pursuant to Article 132 of the Act of 14 December 2016 – Education Law, receives priority in admission to a public upper-secondary school.
14. Finalista konkursu organizowanego przez Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej (tj. uczestnik, który zakwalifikował się do najwyższego etapu konkursu lub – w przypadku konkursu jednoetapowego – otrzymał wyróżnienie) otrzymuje uprawnienia, o których mowa w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 162 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2016 r. – Prawo oświatowe, dotyczących przeliczania na punkty poszczególnych kryteriów podczas postępowania rekrutacyjnego do szkół ponadpodstawowych.
15. A Finalist of a competition organised by the Centre for Arts Education (i.e. a participant who qualified for the highest stage of the competition or – in the case of a single-stage competition – received a distinction) is granted the entitlements referred to in the regulations issued under Article 162 of the Act of 14 December 2016 – Education Law, concerning the conversion of individual criteria into points during admission procedures to upper-secondary schools.

RepertuarRepertoire

1. W kategoriach I–IV obowiązuje repertuar dowolny, zróżnicowany pod względem stylu, formy i charakteru.
2. In categories I–IV the repertoire is free, varied in style, form and character.
3. W kategorii V:In category V:
   • I etapRepertuar dowolny, zróżnicowany pod względem charakteru i formy, zawierający utwór polifoniczny napisany przed 1750 r.
   • Stage IFree repertoire, varied in character and form, including a polyphonic work written before 1750.
   • II etapRepertuar dowolny, zróżnicowany pod względem charakteru i formy, zawierający co najmniej dwie kontrastujące ze sobą części utworu cyklicznego oryginalnie napisanego na akordeon.
   • Stage IIFree repertoire, varied in character and form, including at least two contrasting movements of a cyclical work originally written for accordion.
4. W kategoriach muzyki kameralnej (A, B) obowiązuje program dowolny.
5. In the chamber-music categories (A, B) the programme is free.
6. Każdy z uczestników zobowiązany jest do przedłożenia w biurze Festiwalu jednego kompletu nut wykonywanego w Konkursie repertuaru.
7. Each participant is required to submit to the Festival office one complete set of scores of the repertoire performed in the Competition.

JuryJury

1. Jury zostanie powołane przez Dyrektora Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej spośród wybitnych polskich i zagranicznych muzyków oraz znawców problematyki akordeonowej.
2. The Jury will be appointed by the Director of the Centre for Arts Education from among distinguished Polish and foreign musicians and experts in accordion matters.
3. Jury ocenia występ każdego z uczestników na podstawie Regulaminu Jury, stanowiącego załącznik do niniejszego Regulaminu.
4. The Jury assesses each participant’s performance on the basis of the Jury Rules, which form an annex to these Rules.
5. W Konkursie obowiązuje otwarta formuła oceniania, tzn. każdy uczestnik jest oceniany przez Jury bezpośrednio po swoim występie, a wystawiona ocena podawana jest do publicznej wiadomości.
6. The Competition uses an open form of assessment, i.e. each participant is assessed by the Jury immediately after their performance, and the mark awarded is announced publicly.
7. Decyzje Jury są nieodwołalne i niezaskarżalne.
8. The Jury’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
9. We wszystkich sprawach organizacyjnych wykraczających poza kompetencje Jury prawo decyzji ma dyrektor Festiwalu. Jego decyzje są ostateczne.
10. In all organisational matters beyond the Jury’s remit, the decision rests with the Festival director. Their decisions are final.

Przesłuchania konkursoweCompetition auditions

1. Przesłuchania konkursowe będą przeprowadzone publicznie: w kategoriach I–IV oraz w kategoriach muzyki kameralnej – jednoetapowo, natomiast w kategorii V – dwuetapowo.
2. The competition auditions will be held in public: in categories I–IV and in the chamber-music categories in a single stage, and in category V in two stages.
3. Kolejność występów uczestników zostanie ustalona w drodze losowania i opublikowana na stronie internetowej Festiwalu do dnia 15 listopada 2026 r. Każdy uczestnik zostanie ponadto poinformowany o godzinie swojej prezentacji w osobnej wiadomości e-mail.
4. The order of participants’ performances will be determined by draw and published on the Festival website by 15 November 2026. Each participant will additionally be informed of the time of their performance in a separate e-mail.
5. Do II etapu kategorii V Jury dopuści maksymalnie 50% uczestników I etapu.
6. The Jury will admit to Stage II of category V no more than 50% of the participants of Stage I.
7. W II etapie przesłuchań kategorii V uczestnicy występować będą w kolejności odwrotnej do zajmowanego miejsca po I etapie.
8. In Stage II of the category V auditions, participants will perform in reverse order of their placing after Stage I.
9. W uzasadnionych przypadkach uczestnik może uzyskać zgodę na przesunięcie występu na koniec danej kategorii. Prawo dokonywania zmian w kolejności przesłuchań ma Przewodniczący Jury w porozumieniu z organizatorami.
10. In justified cases a participant may be permitted to move their performance to the end of the given category. The right to make changes to the order of auditions rests with the Chair of the Jury in consultation with the organisers.

Prawa autorskie i wizerunekCopyright and image rights

1. Uczestnicy Konkursu przenoszą nieodpłatnie na Organizatorów swoje autorskie prawa majątkowe związane z:Participants in the Competition transfer to the Organisers, free of charge, their economic copyright relating to:
   1. wykonywaniem utworów podczas Konkursu;
   2. the performance of works during the Competition;
   3. wykonywaniem utworów podczas Koncertu Laureatów;
   4. the performance of works during the Prize-winners’ Concert;
   5. prawami do własnego wizerunku, utrwalonego wszystkimi technikami fotograficznymi i nagraniowymi w trakcie udziału w Konkursie i Koncercie Laureatów.
   6. the rights to their own image, recorded by all photographic and recording techniques during their participation in the Competition and the Prize-winners’ Concert.
2. Eksploatacja powyższych praw będzie dokonywana przez osoby, firmy, stacje radiowe i telewizyjne oraz firmy fonograficzne za zgodą Dyrektora Festiwalu.
3. The above rights will be exploited by individuals, companies, radio and television stations and record companies with the consent of the Festival Director.

Koszty i noclegiCosts and accommodation

1. Koszty dojazdów, noclegów oraz wyżywienia uczestnicy pokrywają we własnym zakresie.
2. Participants cover the costs of travel, accommodation and meals themselves.
3. Rezerwacji noclegów należy dokonywać telefonicznie, we własnym zakresie, w wybranym hotelu. Zobacz zestawienie noclegów w Przemyślu.
4. Accommodation should be booked by telephone, individually, at the hotel of your choice. See the list of accommodation in Przemyśl.
