Zasady pracy JuryRules of the Jury’s work

1. Jury Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Muzyki Akordeonowej w Przemyślu powoływane jest przez Organizatorów.
2. The Jury of the International Accordion Music Festival in Przemyśl is appointed by the Organisers.
3. W skład Jury wchodzą: Przewodniczący oraz Członkowie Jury.
4. The Jury consists of the Chair and the Members of the Jury.
5. Jury wysłuchuje i ocenia każdego uczestnika w pełnym, powołanym składzie.
6. The Jury listens to and assesses every participant in its full appointed composition.
7. Jury ocenia sposób interpretacji prezentowanych utworów, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem stylistyki.
8. The Jury assesses the interpretation of the works performed, with particular regard to style.
9. Jury ocenia każdego uczestnika bezpośrednio po jego występie, przy czym pierwsza ocena wystawiana jest po przesłuchaniu trzech wykonawców.
10. The Jury assesses each participant directly after their performance; the first mark is awarded after three performers have been heard.
11. Jury stosuje skalę ocen od 1 do 25 pkt. z dokładnością do 0,5 punktu.
12. The Jury uses a scale from 1 to 25 points, to an accuracy of 0.5 point.
13. Jurorzy nie oceniają przygotowanych przez siebie uczestników.
14. Jurors do not assess participants whom they have prepared.
15. Miejsca ustalone są według średniej punktacji, przy czym ocena najniższa i najwyższa są odrzucane.
16. Placings are determined by the average score, with the lowest and the highest mark discarded.
17. O zajętym miejscu decyduje nawet najmniejsza różnica punktowa.
18. Even the smallest difference in points determines the placing.
19. W każdej kategorii, bez względu na ilość uczestników, przyznawane są miejsca I, II i III.
20. In every category, regardless of the number of participants, first, second and third places are awarded.
21. Na wniosek Jury mogą zostać przyznawane wyróżnienia.
22. Distinctions may be awarded at the request of the Jury.
23. Ocena podana do publicznej wiadomości nie podlega weryfikacji.
24. A mark that has been made public is not subject to review.
25. Po zakończeniu przesłuchań Jury sporządza protokół wg wzoru określonego przez Organizatorów, na którym swoje podpisy składają: Przewodniczący oraz Członkowie Jury.
26. After the auditions have ended, the Jury draws up a report following the template set by the Organisers, signed by the Chair and the Members of the Jury.
27. Decyzje Jury są nieodwołalne.
28. The decisions of the Jury are final.
